(Not Your Average) Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is one of the most gentle and accessible forms of yoga—but don’t let the name fool you! While we begin with seated postures and breathing exercises, we also explore standing flows and balance work, using the chair as needed for stability.

This class is ideal for seniors, those recovering from injury or illness, individuals with Osteoporosis or Arthritis, and anyone who wants the benefits of yoga without getting up and down from the floor.

Expect to build strength, bone density, flexibility, mobility, and balance, while also improving circulation and cultivating a deep sense of inner peace. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring your sense of humor and a willingness to move.

Deep Stretch & Restorative

This all-levels class is thoughtfully designed to stretch overworked muscles, improve flexibility, and quiet the busy mind. With a focus on breath awareness and guided relaxation, you’ll be invited to release physical and mental tension and let go of the outside world. Props—including bolsters, blankets, yoga rings, and massage balls—support your body in finding deep, safe stretches and a sense of inner peace.

Deep Stretch & Restorative


Roll right out of your bed and onto your mat. We will stretch our bodies by holding restorative poses, granting your ligaments and tendons the opportunity to relax and soften. By holding poses for extended periods of time our bodies build muscle memory in a passive way with the use of props.

This all-levels Hatha Yoga class weaves together mindful stretching, foundational standing postures—including balance work—and intentional breathwork to gently awaken the body and calm the mind.

Each session concludes with a deeply relaxing Savasana and guided meditation, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for the day ahead.

Healing Yoga

Heal your body, mind, and spirit in this deeply soothing class. We begin with 20–30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that promotes deep rest and stillness—often said to be as restorative as three hours of sleep. 

From this relaxed state, we gently transition into floor-based stretches and supported Restorative Yoga postures designed to release tension from both body and mind. This practice invites deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and inner calm.

Inclusive Kids Yoga

One of the most powerful messages of yoga is that of self acceptance. Each of us is different and unique with our own set of needs, limitations and strengths. It is essential that children discover their own magnificence. Practicing yoga allows them to experience their mind and body without judgement. Yoga breathing, affirmations, mindfulness techniques and poses teach children to tune into their intuition and to become comfortable in their body while quieting the mind and having fun.

The non-competitive nature of yoga allows children to feel accepted and able to participate regardless of physical or mental ability. As children learn to appreciate their own unique talents and abilities, they will truly be able to reach their fullest potential in heart, mind and body.

Midday Stretch

Short, sweet, and just what you need. This 30-minute class is designed to target whatever’s feeling tight—whether it’s your neck, shoulders, hips, back, or all of the above.

No experience necessary. Just drop in, stretch it out, and still have time to enjoy your lunch. :)

Renew Yourself ~ A Restorative Practice for Refuge, Renewal & Rest

The perfect transition from a busy day into a restful evening. We will begin with a guided meditation accompanied by the healing frequency of the crystal singing bowls. You will enjoy the slow pace of gentle stretching sprinkled with held restorative poses completely supported by props. The focus is on deep relaxation for the body and mind melting away tension while surrendering into the postures. With this support you are able to let go of long held tension, while the body restores and the nervous system resets.

Saturday Bliss

Let go of the week as you stretch out physical tension, breathe deeply, and rest into much-deserved relaxation. Gentle movements are thoughtfully paired with long-held, fully supported Restorative Yoga poses to promote physical, mental, and emotional release while calming and balancing the nervous system.

Optional hands-on assists are offered to help ease you into each posture, gently releasing muscular tension and enhancing your overall comfort and experience. These supportive adjustments are always optional—you can choose to opt in or out based on your preference.

No experience necessary—just come as you are and prepare to unwind.

Tend and Transform

Tend and Transform

Winter invites us to turn our focus inward and welcome a slower pace.  By anchoring our awareness to the rhythm  of our breath we become fully present and engaged on our mats and,  out into the world.   Our practice begins with guided breath while letting the tension of the day melt away. We then transition into a curated sequence of full body stretches, and slow flow suitable for all levels.  Weaved throughout the practice you will settle into gentle Yin poses ( held from 1-3 minutes) while enjoying the use of affirmations.  

The use of positive affirmations is particularly potent when applied to the breath within held poses.  As the body softens and the mind follows we become receptive to the meaning of the words, making space for change and transformation.  The holds give us time to truly absorb and embody these words, rather than simply thinking them.  

Think of it like tending a garden ~ affirmations are seeds we plant deliberately. With consistent care ~ breath by breath, pose by pose~ they take root and crowd out the weeds of negative thought.  What we tend to grows ~ What we practice becomes us ~ 

Velvety Vinyasa

A spicy vinyasa with deep reflective grounding both in and out of the flow. Students will be guided through a balance of mental and physical intensity, all held within a space of love and community.

Candlelight Yoga & Sound

Candlelight Yoga and Sound is a gentle yoga class designed to create space for connection with divine grace, healing music and conscious inquiry. This trauma informed yoga class helps us begin to trust our own instincts and listen more deeply to our body’s own internal wisdom. In this slow flow we hold postures longer, drop into the inquiry of our hearts and ease into each week by setting our own personal intentions.  All guidance is an offering for you, yet you are the best guide in the room for your own body, mind and soul. We trust you to trust yourself. We’ll finish each class in savasana surrounded by candlelight and serenaded by gentle live music.

Rise n’ Shine Vinyasa

This class consists of three parts. The beginning is quieting the mind with simple meditative practices while we release the chatter of the mind and let go of the need to multi task.  We will prepare the joints to soften with a slow flow that gently strengthens and increases balance. Our final portion will ease us into restoration with grounding floor poses to invoke deep rest and rejuvenation.

End your week and greet the weekend in this all-levels Vinyasa class. This energetic flow will help you to build strength, become more flexible and find balance through mindful movement and breath. Modifications and challenges are offered throughout, making this class accessible whether you're new to yoga, have physical limitations or are a seasoned practitioner. 

Slow Burn Yoga

Slow Burn Yoga is a strength-building practice that invites you to hold postures longer, refine your alignment, and explore the power of stillness. Designed with deep inquiry, mindful pacing and intentional breath, you’ll cultivate both endurance and focus, creating internal heat that strengthens body, mind & spirit. This class is perfect for building resilience, improving form, and experiencing the transformative edge where challenge meets calm. Taught by Jill Gutierrez Wilde - Trauma Informed Yoga Guide- teaching tools for resiliency.

Yoga Infused Pilates

Yoga-Infused Pilates is a thoughtfully designed class that blends the precision and strength of Pilates with the fluidity and breath-centered awareness of yoga.

Each class invites you to move in harmony with your breath, creating a deep connection between body, mind and energy.  Through intentional, well- sequenced movement, we engage and strengthen all the major muscle groups while encouraging length, balance and grace.  The work is designed to feel supportive and nourishing ~ yet appropriately challenging ~ so you can build strength without tension.  

We move through a variety of positions, including seated, standing, core, and plank based sequences, with clear options and modifications offered throughout.  Gentle yoga flow weaves the Pilates work together , inviting fluidity, and a steady focused mind.  

This class supports improved posture, functional strength, and ease of movement, while building resilience in every day living. 

All bodies and experience levels are welcome as we explore new ways of moving, and better understanding of how our bodies work best.
